Hi! My name is Don and I am a Veteran having recently separated from the Marine Corps after serving 11 years of honorable active duty. My lifelong drive and passion has resided within information technology since my later stages of elementary education, designing professional web pages for digital networking groups and spearheading projects building desktop PC's.
Before I knew it, I became a Marine serving in high visibility roles as a management specialist overseeing multibillion dollar assets with a primary focus on ground equipment. The immediate work setting called for computer operations, but I also valued involving myself in other departments to build powerful working-relationships, mentoring, training and most of all, motivating everyone!
I've thrived in the information technology community and bear a powerful array of managerial and technical skills from my military background. Growth and innovation is endless and I aim to deliver my expertise and gung ho performance 120% with profit and mission accomplishment as my target.

“Dons’ service has been characterized by excellence as an information systems professional both at home and forward deployed to Kuwait in support of operations in Iraq, natural leadership and mentoring abilities, superior levels of physical fitness, and the aggressive pursuit of advanced military and civilian education opportunities. He was by-name selected from our higher headquarters, 1st Marine Division, to augment Operation Inherent Resolve. Don is a trusted leader, who did an absolute superb job for me when I was the Commanding Officer for the Special Purpose MAGTF. While we were in Kuwait for 8 months, he performed well above his rank as my unit user account manager and management chief for the Command Element, overseeing all our deployed ground equipment. His expertise with our information systems and unique skill handling databases allowed him to deliver detailed briefs with the utmost of confidence. If he wasn’t working and priding himself on being the absolute best at what he does, Don was the desired mentor due to his ability to connect with his mentees. Not only did his actions earn him the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, but his dedication to both mission and Marines made him the one of the most reliable individuals I have ever worked with. He is one who upholds the standard and is still an outstanding and inspiring example to Marines at all levels. I wholeheartedly believe that our ranks were stronger with him among them, and I would be honored to work alongside Don at future assignments!”
